hearing words inside the head as intrusions
and why that is plural
I speak of here as a singular event which repeats

throughout a life which might be something like mine
that being the sound of words in the head and what those words say
this might be thought of as a percentage for those so inclined

when compared to how words are chosen
rather
when compared to those words which are chosen and so become externally spoken

thinking about sound when that remains internal
that sounds tossed around inside the head still sound like noise
or might be imagined as either smart or stupid

as an experience
this isn't uncommon
to think another an idiot

and then to question the self in regard to that judgment
knowing no doubt that inevitable idiocy is common
having been stupid myself

and expecting to be so again whenever the bolt of stupidity arbitrarily strikes
even in any case when another clearly behaves idiotically
that might ambiguously take place as an unspoken dialog inside a singular head

further complicated by imaginary others allowed access
while pretending
the inner thoughts are otherwise serene

that verbal intrusion as an ongoing process might be further complicated
when it gets written
by one who purposely excludes a large portion of that as otherwise racket
 

how long it lasts and that it has lasted
as one after another it's words
this soon to be last
and then it's surpassed

that as an invariable process

the idea arises that an idea might arise without thought
assuming of course that a thought might arise without premeditation

think of that as a practice and thoughtlessly market
 

if finding is found to be prohibited, a problem might
be seen meaning thought of as something to otherwise
avoid, which serves thus as an excuse to invent tv

sometimes I simply choose to block that out of my mind
