needing some spot remover and no wonder
having made numerous arrests
for prostitution the last few days but they just keep getting out and back
to the same spots

let everyone know we are as frustrated as you folks
we who anyway have little faith in our effort all gone to naught
the hot spot additionally being the
number 1 problem in our neighborhood
